THE STREAK
A comedy feature film, writted and directed by Steve Byrne,
shooting in St. Louis, Missouri - August and September 2026.
Storyline: The true story of first time head Coach Oliver Eslinger's journey of taking the 2011 Caltech Beavers Men’s Basketball team, who possesses the longest losing streak in college basketball history of 30 years, and transforming the brightest minds in the country into a team with the goalof winning just one single game.
Background actors help bring movies to life by creating the world around the principal actors. No prior acting experience is required. We welcome all types, age 18+, and all ethnicities.
Most background performers work one day on set, though some may be booked for multiple days depending on production needs. Film days are often long, typically 12–13 hours, and background performers must be available for the entire work day for continuity purposes.

One current full-length photo (frame from head to toe)
Please take the photos on the day you complete the form and do not use filters.
If you signed up for our database last year (2025), you do not need to fill out the form again unless your appearance has changed significantly or you would like to update your photos and information. We will delete your 2025 information, if we see you signed up again in 2026 .

The feature film JACOB BEATS UP NATE completed filming in St. Louis on Nov. 4, 2025. This film is written and directed by J Lee, and stars Lamorne Morris and Justin Long.
The feature film SUMMER 2001 has a new title - CHASING SUMMER! This film wrapped in St Louis on August 31, 2025. This romantic comedy is written by and starring Iliza Shlesinger and Directed by Josephine Decker.
The feature film ON FIRE was renamed SOUL ON FIRE, and has been released theatrically as of Oct. 2025, and is available on streaming platforms.
